Steps To Ownership

Step 1.

Inquiry

Fill out our Franchise Inquiry Form if you’re interested in learning more about becoming a Habit Burger & Grill multi-unit franchisee.

Step 2.

Initial Discovery Call

Once your inquiry form is received, a member of our franchise development team will contact you to learn more about your restaurant management/operations experience. We will also share with you more about the Habit, and then determine next steps.

Step 3.

Complete Application

After talking with our team, if both parties are interested in moving ahead, you’ll receive our franchise application to fill out and our FDD for you to review. Once you submit the application, the process will continue moving forward.

Step 4.

Application Review Meeting

The head of our franchise team will set up a time with you to review your application to solidify details to ensure brand alignment. During this meeting a business plan, organizational chart and background check may be requested of you.

Step 5.

Conversation with our CEO and CFO

At this time, you will have an opportunity to talk with our CEO and CFO to learn more about the organization, the brand essence and where the brand is headed from strategic point-of-view.

Step 6.

Discovery Day at The Habit Restaurant Support Center

You will come to the Habit Restaurant Support Center to meet with our executive team in person to learn about their roles in the organization and how their departments will support you as a franchisee. Site visits to several restaurants, and detailed discussions about ownership and operations will also be a part of this session.

Step 7.

Finalize partnership details

A mutual discussion to verify details to ensure both parties are in alignment with the business terms of the partnership, the LOI and development agreement.

Step 8.

Agreement Executed
